Your channel manager issues portal credentials once your agreement is signed. If you have them, you are 30 seconds from a quote.

Open The Portal
Go to the partner portal login page in any browser. Bookmark it. You will use it more than any other Axxess Networks link.

Enter Your Credentials
Sign in with the username and password your channel manager sent. If the email never arrived, check spam before you call.

Change Your Password
Open My Settings, enter a new password twice and click Update Password. Do this on your first visit, not your fifth.
Not The Same As Your Customer Portal
The partner portal is for quoting, accounts and projects. Your customers manage their phone system in the Manager Portal, which is a different login. If you are troubleshooting a customer extension, you want the Manager Portal.

Price It Without Asking
Most channel programs make you email a rep for a price, then wait a day. In the portal you build the quote yourself, see the commission before you send it and register the deal the same afternoon.
- Click Create Quote and select the customer from your account list
- Add parts from the price book, with literature attached where it exists
- Check the Commissions screen for approximate totals by line item or category
- Submit the quote to your customer, then register the deal to protect it
- Commissions accrue monthly once the order is installed

How do I get portal access?
Your channel manager issues credentials once your partner agreement is signed. Most partners have portal access within the first week of onboarding. If you signed and never received a login, email support@axxessnetworks.com and the help desk will sort it out.
I forgot my password. Now what?
Email the help desk at support@axxessnetworks.com and ask for a reset. Once you are back in, open My Settings, enter a new password twice and click Update Password.
Where do I see my commission on a quote?
Open the Commissions screen in the Quote Navigation menu. Every quote eligible for commissions shows approximate totals by line item or by category. You can see what a deal pays before you send it to the customer.
Is this the same as the Manager Portal?
No. The partner portal is your side of the business: quotes, accounts, projects and tickets. The Manager Portal is where your customers and their office managers configure their phone system. They are separate logins with separate purposes.
Can I add other people from my team?
Yes. Ask your channel manager to add additional users from your organization. If one person holds the only login, quoting stops when that person goes on vacation. Add a second user early.
Do I still register deals in the portal?
Submit deal registrations through the registration form. Your channel manager reviews the opportunity and confirms protection in writing, typically within two business days. Register before you invest in the pursuit, not after.
Where do I request my microsite?
On the Home and Resources tab. Fill out the microsite form and our team builds and hosts a branded page for you at no charge. It arrives as a link you can add to your own website or use as a campaign destination.
I am not a partner yet. Can I get in?
Not yet, but the application takes a few minutes. There is no revenue commitment to join. A channel manager follows up within one business day, and most partners go from signed agreement to first quote in about two weeks. See the AxxAscend Partner Program.
