I am a partner. How do I get a login?
Email the help desk at support@axxessnetworks.com or call 610-833-9000 and ask for portal access.
Can I see pricing before I join?
No. The price book and quoting tool sit behind the login and are available to signed partners.
Can I see my commission before I send a quote?
Yes. The portal shows approximate commission totals by line item or by category before the quote goes to your customer.
Can I put my logo on the marketing materials?
Yes. That is what the brandable documents are for. Open the flyers in PowerPoint or the capabilities summary in Microsoft Word, add your logo and contact information and export a PDF.
How fast does deal registration come back?
Approvals come back within two business days. Register a deal before you invest in the pursuit, not after.
How do I change my password?
Log in, open My Settings and change your password there. Do it on your first visit.
