Most vendors pay you while you stay. Axxess Networks pays you on the accounts you brought in, for as long as those accounts stay on the platform.
No Expiration Clock
Commissions run for the life of the account. There is no 12-month cliff, no 36-month cutoff and no annual re-qualification to keep what you already earned.

Walk away from the program and the residuals on your existing accounts keep paying. You sold the account, so you keep getting paid on it.

Is there a revenue commitment to join?
No. You can join at the Axxplore tier with no revenue commitment and grow from there. The revenue figures in the tier table are targets that unlock higher commissions, larger marketing funds and better deal protection. Current partners are placed at Axxcelerate for 18 months, after which tier placement follows revenue.
What is the difference between agent and reseller?
As an agent you refer the deal and deliver the quote. Axxess Networks bills the customer and owns the service relationship, and you earn a residual. As a reseller you own the customer relationship, buy at a discount off list and set your own price. Resellers get access to marketing funds, playbooks and deal registration. You can also combine the two.
How do commissions get paid?
Commissions accrue monthly once the order is installed. Your first payment includes the SPIFF, which is a multiple of the commissionable monthly recurring charge. Every quote in the portal shows approximate commission totals by line item or by category before you send it.
Can I sell under my own brand?
Yes, at the Axxcel tier. White label includes portal customization, branded training materials and co-marketing resources, with margins negotiated for your business. Some products, including AxxAI Voice, offer white-labeled options at lower tiers. Ask your channel manager what is available for the products you plan to lead with.
How does deal registration protect me?
Registering an opportunity puts your claim on the account in writing before you invest in the pursuit. Axxcelerate partners get priority protection, and Axxcel partners get white glove handling with a direct escalation path. Approvals typically come back within two business days.
What marketing support do I get?
Every new partner is eligible for new partner promotions and a complimentary demo kit. Ask your solution executive for what is running now. Axxplore partners also get co-branded templates. Axxcelerate partners earn 1% to 2% of quarterly revenue in marketing funds, and Axxcel partners earn 3% to 5%, plus concierge campaign support and a dedicated sales development rep who works your campaigns. Every tier can use the vertical go-to-market kits for healthcare, K-12, legal, real estate and hospitality.
Do I need certification to sell?
No. The Partner Academy and its certifications are coming soon, so nothing stands between you and your first quote today. When the Academy launches, certification will unlock deal support and badges you can use on LinkedIn and in proposals. Our solution engineers join your calls either way.
Who supports my customers after the sale?
A 100% U.S.-based team, available 24/7, supports you and your customers. You keep the relationship and we handle the tickets, or you can front line support yourself and escalate to us. Your channel manager is a named person, not a shared inbox.
How long does onboarding take?
