Meet the People You Call
Every account here has a name attached to it. Partners and customers work with the same team from the first scoping call through go-live and beyond. No handoff into a queue.
Your Channel Team
If you sell communications, these are the people behind your deals. They run demos, build quotes and stay in the room through the install, including the part where your client's IT team starts asking questions.
Laura works with technology partners to surface the connectivity problems their clients have stopped complaining about. She came to Axxess Networks in 2024 from channel sales leadership roles at Skywire Networks and Telco Experts.
Philip works with MSPs and channel partners who want a cloud voice platform they can put their name on. He spends most of his time in healthcare, legal, hospitality and education accounts.
Ryan works with enterprise customers and channel partners on network performance, resiliency and cost. He joined Axxess Networks in 2026 after enterprise roles at Windstream and Spectrum Enterprise and his own advisory practice.
Jim has spent more than 40 years in business communications, 27 of them as a field technician. He supports partners from the first demo through close, and that technician background shows up every time an IT team joins the call.
John has spent more than 25 years in sales and business development, much of it in business continuity for major accounts. He joined Axxess Networks in 2026 after roles at Granite Telecommunications, Broadview Networks and EarthLink Business.
Your Account Team
If you run the business, these are the people who stay with your account after the contract is signed. The name on your first call is the name on your account.
Olivia supports customer success at Axxess Networks while she finishes a marketing degree at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. She handles the follow-through that keeps accounts from falling through the cracks.
Mary has managed customer relationships at Axxess Networks since 2021, with a telecom career that started at AT&T. She works with small and midsize businesses in healthcare, education and legal, and she picks up the phone.
What Happens After You Call
Most providers hand you off twice before anyone understands your business. This is what the process looks like here.
