We had a great experience working with AXXESS to change our phone system to a cloud-based system. From the beginning of the process each team member we spoke with at AXXESS was professional and helpful. Mary Suranofsky provided excellent and easy to understand information as we researched cloud-based systems. Ricki Cohen, our Client Onboarding Coordinator, was terrific, answering my endless questions and making the process move smoothly and efficiently. Both Mary and Ricki were prompt in replies and very helpful. Nancy Tassari was great to work with as we did the Remote Programming Review and she did an excellent job in our staff training session. CJ Cannatella was super helpful, prompt in replies, and gave easy to understand instructions. John Lee and Tommy Stevens did a fantastic job installing our system. I highly recommend the team at AXXESS Networks. They will cheerfully and patiently walk you through each step of the process.

Axxess Networks has gone above and beyond for us. Ricki Cohen of the porting department worked hard and relentlessly to get a needed phone number ported over to our account. The previous carrier created an endless stream of obstacles and mis-steps. Ricki didn't give up and now we have our phone number fully functioning on our Axxess Networks account. Thanks Ricki!

5 stars! Great VoiP solution. We love the support we get from Axxess. Chris M and Jimmy have always handled any issues we came across. Love how new features comes out quarterly, then we get sent release notes. Highly recommend if you need phone service.
